Storm Damage

Hail
It takes hail the size of a marble to do noticable damage to your home. Here are a few signs to look for when spotting hail damage.
- Areas where the granuals have been knocked loose and there is black asphalt or even fiberglass mesh showing.
- Dents to the metal components of your roof or siding, ie. vent caps, chimney caps, valleys, flashing, etc.
- Dents on the gutters and downspouts.
- In extreme cases you will even see breaks in the vinyl siding and/or windows.
Wind
Wind damage will show by more obvious ways. You may have missing shingles, gutters loose, shingles curled up, missing flashing on the house, or even collatiral damage from debris or items that have hit your house while blowing in the wind.
